To further expand its line of advanced lighting systems, Bass Products now offers i2System's dimmable LED lights controlled by Bass' E-Plex System.  With Bass' innovations in electrical system integration and i2Systems' expertise in solid-state lighting, the relationship takes advantage of both companies' strengths to serve the marine OEM market.

Bass' E-Plex System integrates all electronic systems, including lighting, into a single shell, enabling information to be distributed to remote control/monitoring stations.  "i2 Systems LED-based marine fixtures integrate directly with the Bass E-Plex system for 0-100% dimming control on one or multiple fixtures," said i2Systems global sales manager Tom Zampini.  "Boatbuilders looking to include the latest in LED lighting with fully integrated controls can now turn to Bass for the expertise and resources to provide a turnkey solution."

"Bass is proud to be associated with i2Systems' array of cutting-edge, solid-state lighting products," said Bass general manager Tony Sposato.  Bass now offers i2Systems Apeiron recessed overhead down lights, Profile surface-mount down lights and V-Line linear directional lights.  These attractive, low-voltage LEDs can be installed anywhere on a vessel, from a skiff to a yacht, for interior overhead illumination, under-counter and accent lighting, as well as exterior flybridge/tower, cockpit and subtle accent lighting.

i2Systems is a leading solid state lighting designer, manufacturer and systems developer.  Through progressive research and innovation, i2Systems transforms conventional lighting applications and offers a myriad of industries highly versatile, controllable, energy-efficient and long-lasting lighting solutions.

Its AccuWhite technology ensures warm white color temperature and color rendering.  SmartDriver provides full power management and protection at the LED source.  Tri-Light technology offers the ability to have 3 colors of light in a single fixture with only two wires.  Tri-Light earned a 2007 Innovation Award at the recent International Boatbuilders Exhibition & Conference.
